How to Make Turkey Meatloaf

This turkey meatloaf is a healthier version from the original recipe with only 195 calories a slice. Serves 5-6 Total Time: 1 hour 15 minutes

Ingredients:

1/2 cup quick-cooking oats
1/2 medium onion, chopped
1/4 cup shredded carrot
1/4 cup fat-free milk
1 egg
1 tablespoons ketchup
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Pepper, to taste 
1 pounds lean ground turkey

TOPPING:
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup quick-cooking oats

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°. Combine first 8 ingredients. Add turkey; mix lightly but thoroughly.
Transfer to a 9x5-in. loaf pan coated with cooking spray. Mix topping ingredients; spread over loaf. Bake until a thermometer reads 165°, 60-65 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
